why no transferes?

When i play online i have no transferes of upto date teams???

why is this? for me arsenal still have henry yet i played a fella and he was barca and he also had henry???

what do i need to do?

Because if you play offline, you have a Optionfile that is the sources for your Teams etc, but online, you have to edit your 0_text.afs to have Transfers online
