Why do I see flicking lines

when I play PES6 in my PC. Its like lines that flick during the game.

It's a common problem. You have to turn v-sync on.

i think what you are talking about is verticle sync is it when the touch line or pen lines seem to be torn?? if so you can change a setting in your graphic card settings called in ati cards vertical refresh.or up your refresh rate of your monitor.
