I try to understand wich is the best solution for patching We 9,Fernando v4 + Kukus and Suzu option file?? i think is the best...you which patch and option use?

if you want the best thing do this:
make option file on your MC of KOSOS'n'stuff
burn WE patched by fernando V.4
(and optional you can add to this patch of logos of ligue !,bundesliga and so on - it should be somewere on evo web)
ok. now run WE without Memory Card.
go to edit and choose option file menager.
insert MC into 2nd port
then choose second option and import what you can (i mean EVERYTHING)
but not PLAYER DATA.
this way you have
kosos OF based not on Fernando V.1 but V.4
only thing you must do is to change manually few team emblems.
i think it is the best solution right now.

i haven't burned already V.4, i've checked iit on V.3 so i have a question:
do you have same problems as people who is useing 'old' OF?
they say somfin' 'bout freezeing, messed up stats (107! lol)and stuff...
or this solution makes no prob to Fernando patch V.4?

Well, you certainly know what "Visca el Barca" means (something like *Go, go England!*
