we9 online can i play?

Can pepole fron outside japan play this game online?
I am considring to buy the network adapter for my ps2 but i want to be sure it will work.
And willi need to pay like in xbox live?

It was said earlier that WE9 online is for Japanese gamers only and it requires a fee, so nobody outside Japan can play.

PES5 PS2/XBOX/PC will have online option which will be free
