well pro evo 6 is out around 20/10/2006 so we10 i'm guessing some time after then

well we9 came out after pes5 as far as i can remember

No WE10 for the PC.

You'll get WE10:International (which is a port of PES6) sometime early next year I would imagine, usually around Feb.
