    Hey,

Im opening this thread so we can have all the new moves located in one area. We do the same thing every year so please post any new stuff!

    V-Feint:
    a) While running from left to right, if player is right footed, stop whit :r1: , press left+:r2: and quickly :r1: +down+right, it works perfectly with Zizou, Cassano, Henry ... and so on.

    b) When the ball is stopped, hold R2 + back direction (your player do the Drag-back) then, quickely a diagonale direction (45°).

heres some moves tutorials with vids, made by Kel.

Protect the ball with the body :
When you arrive in front of a defender, stop the ball, then, hold R2, then, the back direction.
Your player turn around the ball and protect it with arms and body.

    Slow down
Run ahead with the ball, then, hold R2 and continue to hold the direction.
The player slow down... then I think, you can continue with an acceleration or a special move !?
    Video > http://rapidshare.de/files/18736686/slow_down.avi.html

    Little body Feint
When the ball is stopped, press quickely 2 or 3 time the L1 button.
The player make a little move with his foot.
    Video > http://rapidshare.de/files/18736658/little_body_feint.avi.html

    The Matthews Feint
Stop the ball, then do quickely a 'left-right'. Hold the second direction.

I'm just getting back into the whole lurking game (damn, I've posted. That's bad lurking), but is it possible to upload videos (particularly of short clips like this) into something like gameklip.com or any site that streams video? Anywhere but Rapidshare, which must die.

Keep it up guys, all news and hands-on opinions are very welcome.

I think I sort of did the V-Feint with Stankovic earlier on. It looks good and is effective. I've saved it and will see if I can get a video up later.

Other than that, The Matthews feint works a charm just outside the edge of the box to create space for a shot.

I've also seen the computer effectively use the ball protection (no) at the corners and touchline when they are are leading to wind the clock down.

WE10 needs some moves you can do on the move, not moves you do when stationary. I was hoping for the heel dash move. Theres a gif of Zidane doing it in ThomasGOAL's signature.

He once controlled a long pass with it.
The ball came flying in and he did one with his first touch. That takes some skill.

Adonis, I'm not sure if all players can do the move you saw Veron do, maybe only those with high technique (I've only seen Riquelme do it). It's just by pressing a button to change direction it happens, not quite sure how.

I've done it with Cristiano Ronaldo many times. You just turn 90 degrees whilst running (not dashing) and it happens sometimes.

yeh you're spot on. Riquelme does is consistantly. Not sure if it is a technique thing, or perhaps a dribble type?

I thinks its ace, really opens up space when surrounded by players.

Re: WE 10 : Official moves thread

Hi guys. It's that time of year again. I'll make my posts on new tricks etc. Some of you guys may remember me from the "Push & go" trick.

The Veron/Ronaldo/Riquelme trick (or atleast i think it is):

Any player that's very good at dribbling can do this (or so I presume, i tried with C.Ronaldo and Figo):

    1. Running left-to-right with C.Ronaldo (Right footed Player)
    2. Press diagonal down (down-right)
    3. As the player turns to the diagonal, hold the opposite diagonal (up-right).
    4. The player will do an exaggerated cut back (but not like square + x).

    Hope that helps.

    Also, another trick:

If you do Kawai's little body feint, stop and press L1 or R2 twice, immediately follow with diagonal up or down + R1.

Also, the back flick in that animation:

    1. with back to goal and stopped, press L1 + shoot or cross with highly skilled player (not too sure about as I used C.Ronaldo cos it may also be weak foot stuff.)

Re: WE 10 : Official moves thread

I don't know if this is new, cos i only see this board when the new WE is released, but there is a better way to ronnie's flick-flack:

    1. With Right Analog Stick, double either forwards or backwards (to initiate stepovers)
    2. But immediately hold L1 or R2 to do flick flack.

Can also be buffered from L1x2 hold R2, or R2x2 hold L1 for stepover into flick flack.

This method is much faster and more disguised that R2x3.
