How is it coopz? been looking for a new mobile for some time now to replace my 6600. the D500 was one of my choices along with the nokia 7710. Anyone that got a 7710 care to let me know what they think about it?

the D500 is a smart little phone with everything u could wish for

It won an award not so long ago so it swayed my decision :)

Good camera, good camcorder, bluetooth, mp3s and i litte gizmo to enhance the sound so its fine with me ;)

i must admit it looks really smart. though something keeps drawing me to the nokia 7710. the screen is just magnificent. the only grip i have at the moment and the only thing from stopping getting it is the size of the device itself which is around 12cm in length compared to the 9cm or so height of the D500.

Is the D500 the new samsung? with the slide down screen? If so its a fuckin stylish lookin phone, I hear it has the ability to record 60 minutes of video? is this true, if so I can see alot of home made porn movies cropping up all over the shop.

It's great smango, I bought myself a bluetooth dongle over the weekend and i have been uploading loadsa stuff. (Highly recommended) Mine is the Orange one which is not the black one, I have the gunmetal one ;-)

this fone has html browsing useing WIFI!!!! thats the cool thing about this man!!! you cant realy compete with this in terms of features, if u have the money i highly recoment goingf or this has it does everything!! you can even use it has a navigation system when your driving :)

keep your knickers on smango yes its a pda but its also has a place for a simcard therefore making it a phone. it goes in the same category as other pda style smart phones like the 02 ones, the nokia 7710, SE910 and the Nokia communicator series.

I think it looks smart but i prefer the O2 XDAII Mini due to its smaller size and internal antenna.

You said it.......its a PDA aka laptop so therefore it is not a mobile phone. You can get bloomin home phones with spots for sim cards. But you don't see people posting them in here. And you know why that is? its cause this is a mobile phone topic not PDA not Laptop not home phones and not even dishwashers.
