[PS3] patches/option files

In time will the ps3 version of pes2008 ever meet the level of patching that can be done to the pc version of the game?

Im thinking even tho i have a ps3 with only dumb games it might just be worth getting the pc version instead as the kits, balls, stadiums, boots are all so sweet, while the ps3 option files just dont compare. thoughts?

My thought would be "go for it, if that's what you want to do". Many people play games on consoles as they cannot afford to get a PC to a sufficient level to play modern games - a graphics card could set you back as much as a console. Consoles are cheaper to run and games always run without complication - what am I saying? - before PES2008/PS3 games always ran without complication :|

I'm not 100% sure that the pc version is based on the PS3 version. If it is and you have a good pc go for it. If you dont, I read review of people who had a LOT of lag on PES and had to change there hardware to make it run smooth. Just think about it.

My advice : Try both demo and see which you like the best.
