ps2 unknown bins menu problems

I am having problem trying to find which unknown bin this file is a I want to change it ?



Also how do i remove the circle in the middle, so the menu does not have the circle in the middle ?, & which bin is the circle hiding ?



As all the other menus seem to be fine so far ?
