Post attachment

Hi,
I am not allowed to post attachments. Why is that? or how can I enable that?
I want to post a WE9 tribune which I have edited to look better with empty seats.

Sorry but attachments aren't available for users due to the extra space we'd need on the server.

Normally people upload to somewhere like http://www.yousendit.com/ and link to the file in a post.

I think what I have done can be used for achieve better looking stadiums.
