Pes6 Menu Problem

I have an interesting problem.My main menu is out of service.All other menus and other things working.Can you help me to solve the problem ?

I have had the same problem ever since I bought the game 4 years ago. I always thought it was because of my mediocre graphics card. Is there a way to get rid of this?
