PES2012-Screen problem

Hi,
I'm having a little problem with the screen. My resolution is fixed at 1280x720 (16:9) on a 24 inch monitor. But I am not getting a full screen. The are two irritating black line at the top and at the bottom of the screen. I did not have this problem with PES2011. How can I fix this?

Did you uncheck "LB"(Letterbox) in the PES settings?

Best result normally obtained to play in monitors native resolution,1920x1080 / 1600x1280 ? With kitserver on PC you can also enable aspect ratio correction.
