Have the minimum specs been released yet?

Also, what is the official release date? According to Wikipedia it's September 30th, according to HMV it's 8th October.

I've heard september 30th...the demo version is going to be released september 15th for PC/PS3

Italy ----> september 30th
Germany ----> september 30th
Spain ----> september 30th
France ----> september 30th
UK ----> october 8th

Different released dates according to what I've read and heard, its to get mainland EC countries to buy there own versions. One podcast I listened to, one caller to the PC said that in Italy PES2011 cost 70euros and he would be waiting the week to import it from the UK for a much cheaper price.

So the weeks wait for the UK is to try and stop other EC countries Importing the UK version.

Re: PES 2011 Discussion thread

just one question, i found a laptop which i think could run pes 11 nicely for laptop, just need someone more expert to answer:-

Processor
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.1GHz

Memory
4GB RAM

Hard Drive
500GB

Display
17.0" 1920x1200 (WUXGA) CCFL UltraSharp
Widescreen Display with TrueLife

Optical Drive
DVD-ReWriter Drive

Video
nVidia GeForce Go 7900 GS
with 256MB DDR3 RAM

Soundcard
Sigmatel STAC9750 AC97 SoundBlaster
Compatible SoundCard

is it good enough? 500 gb should able to hold pes 11 patched no problem memory wise i'd imagine

or i could splash out an extra £80 and get this:-

Processor : Core 2 Duo SU7300 1,3ghz, 800mhz

Memory: 4gb ddr3 1067

Hard drive: 500gb 7200rpm Sata

Screen: 11.6" High Definition 1366x768 WLED

Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GT 335M 1gb graphics card

apologise for long post, just need help

...

I got this one Asus-x72jr-ty048v and run perfectly (the Demo) so even the release will run OK.

(sorry no link, I live in France and got only plenty of french links!)

That second one doesn't seem as good as the first, apart from the graphics card. 11.6" screen? 1.3ghz cpu?

I'd rather have the first one tbh.

I have a bit of a crap situation with my laptop, it's got good specs (Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0ghz, 4gb ram, 500gb hard drive, nvidia geforce 9500m gs 512mb graphics) but it's an Acer, so has the usual throttling problems and i have to use throttlestop every time i play otherwise the game grinds to a halt after about 1 minute.

screen size isn't much of a biggy as im just going to play from my tele and fact its a netbook and u can overclock it to 1.73ghz apparently, then ask why not get it on xbox? patch :BOP:

yeah i was thinking that myself but then i've been watching reviews all morning, the second one, which is a Alienware M11x gaming laptop i beleive, can run crysis kinda smoothly which then no doubt should be able to hold its on, thanks for response though mate

I'd be careful with it being a netbook then, as most of the reviews will be comparitive to other netbooks rather than proper laptops.

Good luck anyway mate, i'm not a fan of netbooks myself but whatever floats your boat.

They can delay it but that won't stop me to buy the UK version.
42 Euros instead of 70 Euros in France, that's enough!
