PES2009 auto-close randomly

As the title said, my pes2009 keeps closing itself randomly,
maybe at the time I get a goal or just loading the match.
Reinstalling won't fix the problem - I tried.

I am using 4850 @ CCC8.12.

Is it the ATi Driver crashing with PES?
Can anyone help me?

If you are using kitserver , its usually something in the afs2afs module that trips up the pes exe.

Note the stadium , teams , players that the game crashes with and check
out the file system , naming involved. It could be a bad filename or
even a relinked player causing the crash.

If all else fails try playing the game in same generic resolution
that your monitor runs best.

What if I have the same situation at all times?
I almost get every match popped out for unknown reason:
it isn't a crash or something, it is a jump out immediately showing no error message.
 
what's worse...
I just discover that the game will jump out automatically no matter I hv installed kitserver
 
i have a problem playing champions league in BAL.
every time the ball goes out for a goalkick or if the ref blows for a foul the game just closes.
and its only when im playing CL :/
i tried without kitserver and it worked fine, but is there a way to fix this or do i need to remove kitserver everytime i play CL?
