PES vs. FIFA - Fanboy Fight Thread......

Tbh, neither game is close to realistic at all and I don't think they will get there for a very long time. That's not to say they are crap, as long as they are still fun to play and require skill i'll be happy, but realism is what I want from any sports game.

You watch a proper match, you play FIFA or PES and both just seem wrong, PES moreso - the lack of time and you get on the ball, the physics, the collisions, a lot of the animations, the goalkeepers and even the camera angles in both games make them feel unrealistic.

Manual controls help make FIFA feel more of a next-gen game, but you can't help thinking that both are just a PS2 engine with updated graphics, maybe 360 degree dribbling is the thing which will really open the game up?
