PES 2008 disconnects when trying to play online on my new VISTA PC!

Well I installed the game offline ran perfectly well and smooth.
I then went online as soon as the game is about to start from the kick of it has a 2-3 seconds freeze and says your connections speed slowed your process down.

Is there any way to fix this. And this is something I experienced with VISTA only when I tried it on my older XP machine it worked fine. The firewall was disabled and still same problem.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!
TURNING OFF USER ACCOUNT CONTROL (UAC)fixes the issue with it online.:))

Why didn't you guys tell me that in the first place?!:oooh::r1
