MP3 Player/Mixer For Party Recommendations?

We've decided to put on our own music through our laptop for our wedding evening disco but I'm wondering if it's better to have a dedicated player to select/mix/fade the tracks rather than the tracks just stopping and starting.

Does anyone have any ideas on a good, user-friendly program which might analyse the songs and then be able to mix similar songs into each other? Does such a program even exist?

iTunes will auto crossfade?

itunes has 'genius' aswell, which will automatically pick similar songs to the one thats playing...

iTunes is a possibility but also been recommended Virtual DJ so I'll have a play with both tonight and see how they sound. Cheers lads

Went for Virtual DJ, free home version. Got it set to automix, skip intro/outro and fade for 8 seconds. Works really well
