Missing transfers

Hello!
Could you help me with the transfers to do in the game, please?
I have added many players, but I need to know about the players ingame who have changed their team!

Yea.. looking for one too.
In the download section it seems only PS3 and the PS2 version have it yet...
I guess we have to wait for one for PC =(
