Return the D2 League for PEU, PLA, PAS leagues.
Or even better, have one D2 league for each of them.
That way, we can have much more clubs editable in the Edit mode, and given the lack of licenses from year to year, any extra editable leagues like this, D1 or D2, are all like a blessing. Return of D2 and extra editable leagues are all also long time wishes from all PES ML players, or players in general.
