30 new club teams in this Version

Modifications:
'Other League C' replace 'Dutch League' (Eredivise)
-Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord and AZ, stays- the others 14 clubs was replaced for:

Club Brugge, Red Star Belgrade, Partizan, Zurich, Wisla Krakow, Dinamo Zagreb, Basel, Slavia Prague, Artmedia Bratislava, Austria Wien, Brondby, Debrecen, Salzburg, Lokomotiv Moscow;

Djungarden replaced Rapid Wien, and Rosenborg replace cska moscow, in Other League B;

CSKA Moscow replace Juventus, in Other League A;

In English League:
Birmingham replace Charlton,
Sunderland replace Sheffield Utd,
Derby County replace Watford.

In French League:
Metz replace Nantes,
Strasbourg replace Sedan,
Caen replace Troyes.

In German League:
Karlsruher replace Aachen,
Duisburg replace B. M’gladbach,
Hansa Rostock replace Mainz.

In Italian League:
Genoa replace Chievo,
Napoli replace Messina,
Juventus replace Ascoli (and change place with Atalanta).

In Spanish League:
Almeria replace Gimnastic,
Real Murcia replace Celta Vigo,
Valladolid replace Real Sociedad.

To fix Manchester United emblem kit in game:
Menu-> Edit-> Edit team-> Man Utd-> Strip-> Chest logo-> On/Off: Then change "Logo 2" to Off, and change "Emblem" to ON :thumbup: It's easy!

Difference between v0.9 - v0.93:
v0.93 contains:
-Some players created;
-No duplicate players;
-Corrected starting 11’s for all English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Scottish club teams (based on Pes6 Milanista's And Mike's Option File v3.8);
-Shirt numbers ok for all English League;
-Formations have been updated;
-Some stat updates;
-More transfers;

Difference between v0.93 - v0.95:
v0.95 contains:
-More players created;
-Corrected first squad for all English, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Scottish club teams;
-Shirt numbers ok for all French League too;
-Some stat updates;
-More transfers;
-Slavia Prague replace Sparta Prague (now we have all 32 club teams that compose the Champions League 07/08);

(en- about easy-share: if you try down a file and appears the message "All download slots assigned to your country are currently in use..." I advise to use a WebProxy -personally I use 'proxyget.com' and works fine [I uncheck Scripts and Ads])

Option File Transfering Tutorials

How to transfer the OF onto you Memory Card/Hard Drive:

Using Xbox Max Drive...
1. Download and unzip the file
2. Make an archive (zip file) of the folder called UDATA
3. Drag this newly created zip file onto your maxdrive using the software.
4. Connect your maxdrive into one of your Xbox controller ports and load up PES5.
5. On the PES5 menu screen, go to Options > PES Data Control > Copy Saved Data. Then select the ‘Change’ option, and select the Datel Max Drive from the list.
6. Select the PES5 Option file present on the max drive, and then choose a slot on your hard drive to save the option file.
7. Once you have saved the file to your xbox hard drive/memory card, return to the main game menu and let play begin!

Using PS2 Max Drive...
1. Download and unzip the file
2. Select and drag the .max file onto the max drive software.

Using PS2 X-Port...
1. Download and unzip the file
2. Import the .xps file into your X-Port database using the X-Port software
3. Select and choose the 'Restore' option to transfer the option file onto your memory card.

Using PC...
1. Download and unzip the file
2. Copy the file entitled KONAMI-WIN32PES5OPT and paste it into the folder My Documents > KONAMI > Pro Evolution Soccer 5 > Save > Folder 1

As highlighted in bold, the save folder above is located in My Documents and NOT the Konami folder in Program Files.

The file MUST be entitled KONAMI-WIN32PES5OPT for it to work, so do not change the name of the file.

Note: If you already have an existing option file on your memory card or hard drive, you will be asked if you want to overwrite it. If your current file is one you might want to go back to then you will want to back the file up first, before transferring this Option File.

To unzip a file you will need to download WinRar or Winzip if you haven't got one of these already.

If you follow these instructions, you should have no problems.

How to transfer the OF onto your Xbox 360:

With just the XSATA (http://us.codejunkies.com/shop/produ...l=1&ProdID=403) attached between my 360 and my PC, I used the Xplorer360 software on my PC which allows you to view the contents of your 360 harddrive and I....

Selected "Drive" > "Open" > "Harddrive or Memcard...." from the Topbar menu

Went to drive "partition 3"

Drilled down the folders into "Compatibility/Xbox1/UDATA/4b4e0030/" ("4b4e0030" is the 360 folder name for PES5)

Deleted the folder "5252897584A1" ("5252897584A1" being the 360 and Xbox folder name for the Option File I think)

Replaced it with the "5252897584A1" folder of my desired Option File ("5252897584A1" folder contained only a "saveimage.xbx", "SaveMeta.xbx" and .xsv file)

....then switched on my 360 to at last have this wonderful Option File working!!!!

What a legend, thanks a lot mate :) I love PES5.

Could you or someone else please give links/upload some other stuff please? I am really struggling to find balls/stadiums/patches and even kitserver itself.

P.S. - Are you planning on a PS2 MAX Drive version? My mate would appreciate it very much :).

1- I'm thinking to upload -not soon- all team 07/08 kits (first, second, third, maybe fourth and olders) and maybe stadiums (All for kitserver);

2- Ok. I'll try to make a max version.

ive installed it but having problems with the option file - maybe you can help....it keeps saying the OF is damaged and im stuck with the 2006 line ups...but the new of has all the 2008 player, transfers and numbers

Hi, the link you talking about is for a patch, and I don't know to install this.
(Ps: my j708 OF don't need a patch for play)

J708 is brilliant and thumbs up to the bloke .I have been looking for this option for ages and when i uploaded it last night was totally amazing , cant thank you enough mate. plus i can get my old xbox out now it has some life left in it thanks very much.:applause:
 
Well, i've played few games since my last post.

It's great to have a 2007-2008 OF on this old game.

Great point : the gameplay is well balanced :)

Bad points :
- missing transfers (last ones, but zidane still in France squad ?!), - missing players (for example, "my" team), some very low stats (obi mikel, alex, benzema, higuain, g.dos santos... Have a look on FC Sevilla team too)
- some strange global stats : Chelsea with a better team work than M.U
- bad formations

I know, everything is still in WIP, but theses points should be mentionned.

Hi, I still updating but, for now, about -the points that you mentioned, like: some very low stats, bad formations,...- I suggest you to compare this with any new Option File for pes6 (like Milanista's And Mike's v3.8) and then to make the corrections manually (like I did sometimes):thumbup:

i run my own league with 2 other lads, we use microphones to speak whilst playing and currently have free sides, if your keen in playing in a fun league then join here:

I hope someone can help you j708 with converting to a MAX PS2 because my mate would appreciate it and so would I because I could then get it onto my PSP :8):.

I really appreciate with what you did here. I can play PES5 on my xbox with updated players. Im playing PES6 on my PC but xbox is better. (PS2 is also good but I dont have one)

j708 do you also have a option file with the dutch league? (Eredivisie) Because I would love to play a 2007/2008 option file with my favorite club;)
