Does anybody know any article (online) that has a lot of information on Internet Banking?

I've found a few, but they don't give enough information. So i was wondering if anybody here knows about some that i might have missed.

I'm doing a research on it and i'm trying to cover as much areas as i can.

A couple of different ones surprisingly, two of the countries I lived in were adamant that Paul was my surname, so I'd pick up the phone and they'd be like "Is that Mr. Paul please?", quite amusing

It's not about the system.

It's more about the impact of Internet Banking on society and etc.
