Your vague post needs more info.
What version of the game is it for?
Get the option file onto your PC and then upload it to a site such as www.megaupload.com and www.yousendit.com and then post the links in a new thread containing all of the contents of your file in the Downloads section of the Editing section.
A good thing to do would be to convert it to other versions (ask someone who has released an option file how to do that) so that more people can use your file.
