How can i get teamgeist ?

Hi guys,
In my WE Shop I only have Adidas Finale and FX-Lite etc. Plain or Classic Balls but no teamgeist !
In some videos.I see someguys are playing with teamgeist or nike balls.
Where am i gonna get them ?
And does it effect the gameplay or ball movement and speed?

They (like me) are most likely playing with a patched version of WE10 with different balls in it.

The Teamgeist is in the game by default (in WE 10), however you must patch the game for it to appear on PES 5 or in WE 9 (and its variants)
