Problems in graphic card

Right now I'm something Confused.
Despite having a decent graphics card, I have problems with PES 2013
Constant 60 FPS, the game has some cuts, lag, something not so with other games.
Example: Dirt 3, Alan Wake, Crysis, and others.

The problem may be Vsync, but not sure.

I've got a to end GPU and I don't get 60fps second either no matter what resolution I play at 720p/1080p/1440p it doesn't matter, poor use of resources somewhere.

Did you try with ati tray tools?

abriroyesejuiii,. there is already a frame rate and lag thread that you spammed in with the comment "Konami Rubbish ",
because YOUR setup is not configured correctly.
Then because of that you open another thread ?
Why not stick with the one you posted in the first instance ?
