Help after forced data pack update

Can anyone run through how to remove the data pack installed today, and recover the previous edit data?
any help would be much appreciated.. For PES 2015 pc

Delete todays dlc. The 4 cpk files with todays modification date in download folder. Go into game and export teams. Replace the cpk files and import teams back Into game.
