Having problems after applying Superpatch 2.0 but...

I have same preoblem too but i need to setup a joypad but it u cant do from game.I have had one program for this but i ve delete it and now i dont remeber how its name is.this program give u possibillity to set up ur controlers before u start Pes5.Anyone know whats name of this program?
