Graphics problem Help Please!!!

Couple of problems, firstly if you look at the pic below I am having spiking issues. Get it on fifa13 as well but not any other games i play.



Second issue is randomly flashing pixels. Have this on most games now but seem to come and go. At the moment i have it just on pes2013but have had it on Call of Duty and other games. Note though i do not have it on Fifa13 atm.



Any help or ideas as to what is causing this would be appreciated.

I'm afraid that's related to hardware problem. Further proof is you mention that it happen on another game as well. I assume you're on PC. It's either your LCD or your graphic card. If you overclock your CPU or GPU, turn it off and see if the problem gone.

Not overclocking anything to my knowledge. LED monitor and the pixel issue only occurs in certain games. Not a problem in fifa13 but do get the graphics spikes in both games.
