FIFA08 online Problem - plz help !

hey ,
I wanted to play online with my friend ... but my IP is Static it is : 10.0.0.50 then when he wants to connect ... It Fails !
also when i want to connect to his Dynamic IP it also Fails ...

I think this problem is for my IP , Is there any Solution to solve this problem ?! :(
 
In PC I mean ...

I asked some one Pro and he told me that Your problem is not Static IP ...
Me And the One who is going to play with both have Invalid IPs ... he Said that Host should have Valid Ip at least ...

But I donnow how to validate it :( maybe i should call my internet's Support ...
 
I use Network adsl Modem and that is my IP ... cuz in CMD when type ipconfig ip address is : 10.0.0.50

I have succesfully connected to him but my ping average is 165ms
that is not good enough for game ....

are you downloading anything or is he?

you might want to check if you have interleaving set on you line, this will give you more of a stable line but will increase latency, thus causing slow pings. ask your isp if you have interleaved on your line.
