FIFA 12 demo lag or frame drop-please help me

altough i play Pes 2012 demo on my PC with all setting to high without a lag or a frame drop, the new FIFA 12 DEMO is lagging very bad and is unplayable even i turn all settings on low or resolution.

my pc : core 2 duo 3.00ghz, 4gb ddr2, nvidia geforce 8400gs 512mb.

what is the solution?
 
Open notepad, write

SCREEN_SLEEP=16

and save it rna.ini into "EA SPORTS FIFA 12 Demo\Game"

This should help ATI users :)
 
has anyone have lag with an ati graphic card? because I had it too, but already solve the problem and now I can play all maximum and no lag ou suttering, smooth play :)
I solved that, installing ATI Tray tools.. in Fifa 12 demo config? put no AA and no Vsync.. and force 4x AA and vsync on ATI tray tools.. no suttering and no lag.. smooth play :)

how about Nvidia graphic cards? any tips? the demo on my PC stutters big time!
