Can anyone tell me where abouts this is in the game? Do you have to unlock it?

It's not in the game, only Champions League.

It can be found in Old Trafford any time soon.. but on the game nah, dont think its included, why would they get rid of it after only a year?!

Europa League was never standalone mode, such as Champions League. It's only accessible (or better yet, hidden) through Master League or BAL, if your team qualifies for EL during the season.
