Could someone please do this for me?

I am doing a Master League with a classic Newcastle team and have got hold of a really good face for Shearer only thing is its for the PC (pes 6) of course inserting it as bmp it works but the face is all messed up and inserted normally the game crashes so i have tested it and it def is not working on ps2.

So can someone convert it to work on the ps2 please i would be grateful thanks.
