converting flash player to MPEG /AVI ?

Hi,

does anyone know if it's possible to convert Macromedia Flash slides into MPG / AVI etc that can be played back on a iPod ?

There seem to be a few options going the other way around (MPEG to Flash), but has anyone done it this way?

Any help would be great!

That's the thing, it pops up as a new window in Internet Explorer and there doesnt seem to be the option to save it. So I'm guessing it has to be some sort of screen recorder application.

Unless there is a way to feed a URL into an app that will recognise it as flash and convert to MPEG.
