Coming soon...PES Vault.

I am in the process of creating the ultimate website for PES editing/patching resources, called PES Vault (www.PESvault.co.uk).

The idea of the site is that it will be an easy-to-navigate, accessible resource for all your PES editing needs. Only true quality patches and files will make it onto the site, so no sifting through piles of crap to find the right files.

Everything will be sorted into categories and all files will have a brief description as well as screenshots and instructions for installation where required.

It will be mainly focussing on PC editing - however there will be option files etc. for the consoles, and I may branch this out in the future if necessary.

I only thought of this today so we are looking at maybe 1-2 weeks before launch, but I am in the process of collecting files and getting some basic designs together.

Hopefully it will be a lot easier than trawling through every page on every thread here!! :8):

Hmmm I have seen this done before somewhere regarding PC editing ;) Well looking forward to your site. All the best.

Kindest regards,

Have you had/do you have something similar Ajay? I know I've seen your name a lot on the editing forums.

I'm not trying to take anyone over or tread on anyones toes - just plugging a gap, since I haven't seen any easy to use editing sites yet. Gaming Access, for example, is a nightmare unless you have direct links.

Well, blogspot isn't the best CMS to do an editing website on ;)

That's true, just wanted Wowlman to know that there is this blog already, but if he'll do it anyway, i'm happy, too :applause:

Re: Coming soon: PESvault.co.uk

To be honest that is exactly the thing I am talking about. All the files on there are laid out in the order they were posted - it's very helpful, but not easy to search. PESvault will have categories listed all along the top, and categories within categories, so things will be nice and easy to find.

Web accessibility experts say you should generally be no more than 3 clicks from anything you want to find. This will definitely be true of my new site.

Okay, hey, that would be really helpful, good luck with your project!

No I didn't mean that at all, like I said the more the better for the PES community, I mainly specialise in making online tutorials and some mods for the PC version of PES. (Link to my old site in my sig). I'm uploading a new one this week. All the best with your project, sounds good.

Kindest regards,

Yeah I loved Wevolution, and the forum was the best place I've ever been for kits in particular, but it disappeared because the guys who created it had abandoned it.

The main website was really out of date though, they didn't even have HD kits.

Someone did start a new place called PEvolution but it really never took off because nobody knew about it.

Hello again chaps!!!

Just to keep you all informed, this is not dead, I am in the middle of designing the site and it should be up by next weekend. I intended on having it online this weekend but designing it has taken me longer than planned.

I am slowly collecting files though and I hope that all the best stuff will be ready to download from the site on launch date.

In the meantime, visit http://www.pesvault.co.uk for a pretty 'coming soon' image!
