I've been playing the Master League Online portion of the game on the PS3 for the past few weeks (US version; BLES 30805). While playing a friendly, I came across as an unseeded player (i.e. one with no division) with the striking name of BLACK-KATT-1525, who had seemingly arrayed his team with the absolute best and most expensive players in the game. Seeing this as rather suspicious, considering the player was unseeded and as such it seemed rather strange a person with no division could get such players (as he would have to be quite new) and particularly since he seemed well, _really_ bad at the game, I did some research, and came away with the clear and unequivocal evidence that this player was utilizing some kind of hack or cheat to abuse the game, specifically the MLO portion. Here is the evidence from the game itself, with screenshots:

In Image 1, note the overall team value, as well as the player's win ratio (169/1/5), and most interestingly his consecutive wins (155 consecutive wins!). Also note his goal ratio (2.98/0.14), almost completely favored to a 3:0 ratio, which of course is the result a player is given if another player quits on them for whatever reason.
Next, and most pertinently, look at Image 2. The Match Completion Rate for the player is 7.34% (!), a most shocking match completion rate, thus proving that the vast majority of this player's games (the over 170 games he's played in) did NOT in fact finish, but most interestingly, ended up in him winning most of them, with the games going in his favor to a 3:0 ratio almost each time.
After that, look at Images 3 and Image 4. In barely the matter of 2 days, he managed to get a team with a value of over £326,187,630, and this, in combination with the prior two images, tell us everything we need to know about this player.
For further evidence of this player's team, look at Image 5. That's the absolute best players in the game, bar very few.
If you search this player's username in the relevant servers or divisions for yourself (with a name like BLACK-KATT-1525, it's hard to miss), you can view the evidence for yourself. Clearly, this is an attempt to cheat the game, and abusing the 3-0 ratio (via disconnects or a similar hack) to this player's favour.
I'm pretty certain this could be a major issue that is being exploited by certain people, so I'm letting all of you know - if you meet a cheat like this, report him to Konami. Cheats like these destroy the game for the rest of us, I'm afraid.
