Can some one check why this happens???

I've been having this error coming all afternoon and i really don't know why this is happening. Some print screens of this:

kind of same thing happened to me when my gfx card died

Is your PC working allright for other games? Sometimes stuff like this is a sign of a dying/overheating gfx card.

Well it as been making some noise when i start playing PES2008, specially my fans and it takes some time to start it. I will ask a friend of mine that is teacher and works in everything computer related, hope he can help me.
I so hope its not the card, this one isn't here for even half a year... -.-'

It happens to me sometimes when I "tab" out into windows and then back to the game.
