Black Lines During Replays/Highlights???

Probably fault of your video card. Never saw this.
I have however. These crazy lines are called artifacts, and are caused by overheating of your graphics card. You'll often see them dart out at random angles and stretch textures. I used to get them on my X1650 when I was young and stupid, as I tried to overclock it and did a bad job.
Try reinstalling drivers, and also clear junk off your HD. Also, try and clear any dust off the insides of your PC.
