I never believe Play.com.

But it's very possible. Don't forget that Arkham Asylum was delayed several times.
It's not so shocking to see a sequel coming so quick since the engine should be reused (and we don't know when they started working on the sequel).

I'm sure they are planning to release it in summer like "BAA1".
