Any patches with youth teams and players?

Do you guys know of any patch with youth teams instead of classic teams?
And youth players instead of classic players?

Why anybody want to play with classic players is beyond my imagination!

Well, I've not found one patch with youth teams instead, but using classic players depends on you. If you've followed football for a long time, then it could be a nice feature to be able to use classic players that you've followed that has retired. It also more attractive to include a team with Barthez, Blanc, Lizarazu, Petit etc rather than Maurice, Vigneau, Loric, Dempois. Most people doesn't even care for the lesser teams featured in the game..
