Change BR (Brazil) to the country code that you need eg RU for Russia, SA for Saudi Arabia or whatever. Use CTRL+H to find BR and replace with RU for example in Notepad, don't do it manually ;)

I just used the REPLACE feature, which I didn't realize Notepad had (I knew about the FIND feature; I use that all the time). CTRL+H isn't needed although that's a good tip as well.
 
i think there is a bug with FA CUP scoreboard...sometimes it disappears and become transparent in some part..anyone with this problem?
 
I have a problem with free kicks, Not sure if I need to press something but I am stuck on a totally different camera and am unable to move the free kick taker to direct the kick. It is as though it wants me to select a player to aim for?????

Solved: Pressing the L3 switches the camera :)

guys notice how the etihad stadium is still not updated to what it is now, look the distance btw the goal post and the stands, now the stadium has much much closer stands behind the goal post, i believe this was updated 2 seasons ago and still they use the same stadium as in fifa 13 which is wrong, the stadium has been updated since then and the first row of stands is much closer now.

The second title update for FIFA 17 is now available on PC, with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One following next week.

This update addresses the following changes.

Visual / Presentation changes:
  • Several new or updated player faces rendered for accurate character likeness.
  • General overlay adjustments.
  • Addressed an issue where the selected kit isn't the one used in-game.
  • Addressed frame-rate issue during pre-match skill game.
  • Spanish crowds now use the authentic audio when reacting to a goal.
  • Black custom kits no longer clash with referee kits.

Addressed the following in Pro Clubs:
  • The flair trait is now available for all Pros.
  • Carrying over your Virtual Pro from FIFA 16 now correctly unlocks all passive traits.
  • An issue where players could receive excessive skill points.

In The Journey:
  • Localized audio and character speech for the following: German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Mexican Spanish.
  • Various presentation improvements.

No mention of the single career mode issue which they said was fixed in the last title update but actually wasn't.
 
It's so frustrating that EA haven't said anything about why they won't give us new boots and balls. Obviously, having a big thread in their official forum bumped up everyday doesn't work... Treated as garbage yet again. Hope modding will be able soon.

Nothing announced, but it definitely feels different. As someone who has obssessed over sliders since the beginning, I've seen so many new animations, different behaviors on the pitch overall. It's been a very welcomed patch update imho. Last year's Patch 1.03 was fantastic, so it's no wonder this one is too.

Here was my stream earlier today. Made one change after the first game, which was to drop Pass Speed to 48, and that instantly reduced the effectivness of the OP drilled passing.

I think boots can be assigned now with cheat engine so if they're important to you use that, there's a cheat engine table to edit loads of stuff:

  • Edit player stats
  • Transfer budget
  • Free 5/5 scout
  • Training everyday
  • Always A grade on training simulation
  • Nationality
  • Weak foot/footedness
  • View potential
  • Change First/Last names

He's also looking into whether appearance can be edited and I asked him about the removal of the "Fog of war" which is my biggest bug bear and the reason I still haven't started a manager CM yet (although I am still enjoying my player CM with George Hirst, 5 seasons in!)

Placebo is only if you haven't been paying attention to the animations, to the demeanor and route one approach that the CPU had used before, and how it is now. It's completely different. Little things here and there like CPU skill moves, CPU heading the ball backwards to a teammate, or into space, contested midfield headers that don't drop straight down but are headed out of bounds. Forward-forward running on 50 Run Frequency before patch update, and now they are moving to space and checking to the ball. Drilled passing lessened with the adjustment to pass speed, where before they would still make drilled passes on 40 pass speed, consistently. I could go on, but I disagree with it being a placebo.
 
Does Ps4 Pro Fifa 17 looks better than PC Fifa 17 @4k? Cam anyone confirm this?

Also, is it possible to max out lods using cheat engine?
