How can you make a kit file for X360? (Png files)

Hi, I am creating a completely fictional league in PES and I'd like to be able to design kit png files and badges on my PC and then be able to do what many patch makers (such as Daymos) do and transfer them into the game via USB.

So many times people say that it can't be done, but it obviously can because there are option files.

Any help or advice is appreciated, so thanks in advance
