Winning Eleven 2014 Aoki Samurai No Chousen: Convert PSP Option File to Max Drive

Does anyone know of a way to convert PSP option files to .max? I'm using the ppsspp emulator to access the option file if it makes any difference and I'm looking to edit the database using a PS2/PC option file editor. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Heh I found this thread doing a search. I'm trying to convert a PC option file to PSP.
