Pes 2015 not at ideal speed on my pc

I noticed that when i set the speed at 0 or -1, my players are able to dribble extremely well and also when ball is lost they fall back quickly and recover well which are all too easy for my liking. However when i set the speed at -2, the players looks heavier and can't dribble well let alone defending. They tend to lose the ball easily and eventually the game. By the way i am playing at Top Level. Is there a tool where I can use to slow down the game . I have set my resolutions at the highest level. All other setting are set to the max but to no avail. I can dribble past the defenders quite easily at -1. At Superstar Level, the game runs even faster at -1. I need some kind of tool like the one previously complementing the kitserver. Is there such a tool now?
