PC How to get into Coach mode in MyClub?

In tournament mode when you get to next game calendar date it appears when you skip to "next game" and under you get a second option "play in coach mode" ...
I haven't played myClub but I would have thought it must run the same, so if it doesnt not show up the only other way like in a quick match is you have to press "Y" at team select to switch coach mode on.
If none of these work then I guess myClub doesn't use it.
