As we knew that, the pes2011-2013 flag bin files cannot be opened and edited directly by lastest GGS..it needs to be convert first to pes2010(i guess)...

But with this tool, you can import or export flag/emblem image directly without using "the old way"(convert to unk and reconvert again)

i will release the link as soon as posible in 1-2 days, still fix some graphic encrypt routine...

What will it allow me to do that PESediter and the in game editor won't?
